Addison, Hooke and Winston:

Allow Us To Introduce Ourselves....

A former physicist and heir to his father's railroad empire and his mother's silk importing fortune, Fauntleroy Addison had a dream of developing the perfect advertisement. His quest led him around the globe and while leading a self-reflection expedition down the Amazon in 1973 he met Overton Hooke, a struggling artist with a knack for chemisty and the two hit it off immediately. Hooke was inspired by Addison's passion and quest, and in Hooke, Addison found the creative capabilities he somewhat lacked. The two hatched a plan over a crackling campfire to open Addison and Hooke just 30 days later in New York City.

After 10 years of developing formulaic creative for the likes of Ma Bell and the DeLorean Motor Company, the partners realized they would need a strong force to lead their account management team. That force would ultimately be Sterling Winston, a rising star at BBDO's Jakarta office. With their combined strengths, Addison, Hooke and Winston, set forth to conquer the new advertising landscape of the 1980s and shrewdly pursued new business from international brands seeking to enter the US market, such as Zastava's Yugo.
